2. Our Services

Al Huda Quran for Kids provides the following online educational services:

• Online Quran classes — Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic Studies
• IT and Digital Marketing courses — SEO, Web Development, AI, Freelancing
• Academic tuition — all international examination boards
• Assignment and homework help — essays, dissertations, research papers
• Language courses — Arabic, Urdu, English
• Resale of premium software tools at group/shared access rates

All classes are delivered online via Zoom or Skype. We do not provide in-person tuition.

3. Enrolment & Trial Classes

Free Trial Class

We offer one (1) free trial class per new student. The free trial is a genuine, full-length live class with a qualified teacher. It is provided at no cost and with no obligation to enrol thereafter.

• Free trials must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp
• If you miss your trial without 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right not to reschedule a second free trial
• The free trial offer is limited to one per household

Full Enrolment

Full enrolment begins when you select a monthly plan and make your first payment. Enrolment is confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment receipt.

4. Payments, Fees & Subscriptions

• Basic Plan: $30/month — 8 classes (30 minutes each)
• Standard Plan: $45/month — 12 classes (45 minutes each)
• Premium Plan: $65/month — 20 classes (60 minutes each)

Prices are in USD. Students paying from the UK may pay in GBP at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payment Methods

We accept: Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Wise (formerly TransferWise), Bank transfer, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Western Union, EasyPaisa, JazzCash and MoneyGram.

Sibling Discounts

• 2 children: 15% discount on total monthly fee
• 3 children: 20% discount
• 4 children: 25% discount
• 5+ children: 30% discount

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by sending a WhatsApp message or email
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing month — you will not be charged again
• There are no cancellation fees, penalties or long notice periods
• Partial month refunds are not provided — your classes continue until the end of the paid month

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Classes missed by the student without 24 hours' notice
• Subscriptions after the 30-day guarantee period has passed
• Completed assignment help work that has already been delivered
• Software tool subscriptions (paid tools) once activated

6. Rescheduling & Missed Classes

• Students may reschedule a class by giving at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp
• Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed class
• If a teacher is unable to conduct a class for any reason, a full replacement class will be offered at no charge
• A maximum of 2 reschedules per month per student is permitted
• Classes not attended without notice within a billing month are forfeited

7. Student & Parent Responsibilities

To ensure the best learning experience for everyone, students and parents/guardians agree to:

• Attend classes on time with a working internet connection, camera and microphone
• Treat teachers with full respect and Islamic adab at all times
• Ensure children are supervised during classes when appropriate
• Not record class sessions without the prior consent of the teacher
• Not share Al Huda course materials, recordings or resources with third parties
• Provide accurate information during enrolment, including the child's genuine age and level
• Make payments on time to ensure uninterrupted service

8. Assignment Help Terms

Our assignment help service is provided for educational support purposes. By using this service, you agree that:

• Assignment work delivered is intended as a reference, model answer and learning guide
• You are responsible for how you use the work provided to you
• We guarantee 100% original work — all assignments are written fresh for each client
• We provide free revisions within 7 days of delivery if requirements were not met
• Deadline extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the agreed deadline
• Confidentiality is strictly maintained — your assignment details are never shared

9. Teacher Conduct & Standards

All Al Huda teachers agree to and are bound by our Teacher Code of Conduct. We commit to:

• All teachers holding valid qualifications and being thoroughly vetted before joining
• Teachers maintaining professional conduct, Islamic adab and appropriate communication at all times
• Female teachers being available exclusively for female students when requested
• Maintaining strict confidentiality about all student information
• Providing monthly written progress reports for each enrolled student
• Teachers limiting all communication to lesson-related matters only — they are not permitted to discuss personal matters or request personal contact details from students or parents

If you have a complaint about a teacher, please contact our support team immediately on WhatsApp or email. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

10. Communication Rules & Escalation Policy

To ensure a safe, professional and respectful environment for all students, parents and teachers, the following communication rules apply to all enrolled students and their families:

• Any other concern related to your teacher or your classes

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrolment immediately and without refund in cases of:

• Harassment, abuse or disrespectful treatment of teachers or staff
• Fraudulent activity or providing false information during enrolment
• Non-payment of fees for 30 or more days
• Misuse of course materials or breach of intellectual property rights

Students may terminate their own enrolment at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy in Section 5.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
